Customer Service Cum Logistics Executive

Candidate must be very fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• At least 1 year of working experience in retail, or customer service related job scope is required
• A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jelutong Penang and possess own transport or motorbike/car
• Answer customer enquiry in multiple different channels including whatsapp, email, social media messaging, and phone calls, with regards to product info and order delivery matters
• Quote customer prices on customize or corporate order
• Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters
• Ensure high level of customer service satisfaction and on time delivery.
• We pay RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month depends on experience and skills
