Diploma or Certificate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Able to communicate and liaise effectively with site personnel of various nationalities.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Able to handle high workloads and perform well under pressure.
- Willing and able to work extended hours as needed.

- Take care and maintain proper control of materials at the site.
- Supervise sub-contractors, site workers, and other on-site personnel.
- Ensure project progress is on schedule.
- Assist in compiling daily site diary records of all activities.
- Be responsible for company properties located on-site.
- Take photographs to document work progress on-site.
- Report any major issues at the site to the Project Director or Project Manager.
- Prepare Requisition of Material (ROM) forms for issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) by HQ.
- Confirm and acknowledge receipt of Delivery Orders (DO), ensuring quantities match the corresponding Purchase Orders (PO).
- Reports to and receives daily task assignments and supervision from the Project Director / Project Manager.
- Operates under the general guidance of the Project Director / Project Manager.
