Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Administrative / Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the related field.
- Conversant with the Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, and other Statutory regulations
- Familiar with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (written and verbal) and to interact with all levels of employees/management.
- Ability to commence work within short notice preferred.
- Support and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, orientation, appraisal & evaluations, attendance & leave management, compensation & benefits administration that comply with local labour legislations and statutory requirements, and recommend changes to sustain business performance.
- To assist the top management on the Job Description for each department
- Work closely with HODs to provide opinions with regards to HR matters - candidate selection, employee career path, contribution constructive criticism for better company future and direction.
- Fulfil the recruitment needs of the departmental managers on manpower requests.
- Responsible for payroll preparation, handling employee issues, HR policies & procedures.
- Recommending employee benefits to management.
- Responsible for all employee insurance administration and management such as Group H&S insurance, admission and deletion, insurance claims, etc.
- To maintain employee engagement activities monthly and company events, i.e. employee welfare and wellness program.
- To take care the company stationary, repair and maintenance of the office
- Incharge on the company agreement
- Provide a health and safety working environment for employees and guests.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation and legal issues.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basis
