Good communication and verbal skills in Mandarin.
  • Possess fundamental professional knowledge and skills in cash handling and treasury operations.
  • Familiar with Malaysian financial and tax policies, as well as relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in tax filing procedures.
  • Responsible for daily cash transactions and management.
  • Assist with financial and accounting management for the parent company; maintain company bank accounts.
  • Supervise and manage company assets, including semi-annual and annual fixed asset inventory checks, as well as monthly inventory audits.
  • Oversee the bidding process for scrap material buyers, supervise the sale of production waste, and compile and organize scrap statistics reports.
  • Responsible for SST (Sales and Service Tax) registration and filing.
  • Review sales-related documents, issue monthly sales invoices, accurately and promptly record sales statistics, and prepare revenue vouchers.
  • Manage accounts receivable from downstream customers, follow up on account reconciliation and payment collection progress, and record receipts in the K3 system.
  • Handle annual estimated tax, corporate tax, employee income tax, and other tax-related filings; ensure legal tax compliance and assess tax risks.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the parent company’s finance department
