- Ensure smooth transfer of qualified leads to the sales team with complete lead data and briefing.
- Track conversion success and continuously improve lead quality.
- Assist Head of Events in scaling workforce capabilities—including coordination and productivity systems.
- Contribute insights on lead performance, conversion gaps, and new channel opportunities.
- Help implement CRM tools, outreach workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
