- Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Culinary or Pastry Arts (preferred)
- Experience in pastry, baking, or dessert preparation is required
- Knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food preparation follows hygiene and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area.
- Assist in managing stock, ingredients, and daily kitchen operations.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.
- Monitor quality and presentation of all pastry items before serving.
