Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Possess 3–5 years of proven experience as a Preschool Mandarin Teacher, with a strong understanding of play-based learning methodologies.
- Demonstrate excellent Mandarin teaching skills tailored for young learners.
- Proficient in developing and implementing engaging, curricula that foster creativity and character development.
- Skilled in classroom management techniques to create a positive and stimulating learning environment for preschoolers.
- Solid understanding of child development principles and the ability to apply them effectively in a preschool setting.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, in addition to fluent Mandarin, to liaise with parents, colleagues, and children.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing young minds in a play-based learning environment.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children using play-based learning methodologies to foster creativity and character development.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation, curiosity, and social-emotional growth among young learners.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment for all students.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress in Mandarin language acquisition and overall development, while providing regular feedback to parents and the education team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school events, activities, and parent-teacher conferences to promote strong home-school partnerships.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and developmental stages of preschool children, ensuring inclusivity and personalized attention.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin by providing updates on their child’s learning journey and addressing any concerns.
