- At least 1-2 years of working experience as a barista is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English languages.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately.
- Ensure strict safety, hygiene and quality control protocols.
- Prepare beverages as per menu SOP.
- Provide good customer service.
- Take charge of proper storage of ingredients and apply FIFO strictly.
- Ensure stocks are available at all times.
- Ensure all equipment are in order and functioning well.
- Other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
