HR Executive (6-month Contract)

Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR operations (payroll experience is an advantage)
- Familiar with HR systems (e.g., payroll, leave, claims systems)
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Verify payroll data including allowances, deductions, and claims
- Liaise with Finance and relevant stakeholders on payroll matters
- Maintain and update employee leave records in the HR system
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Handle employee inquiries related to leave entitlements
- Review and process staff expense claims in accordance with company policy
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents
- Coordinate with Finance on claim submissions and reimbursements
- Prepare and issue employment-related letters (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.)
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of employee records
- Provide administrative support to HR team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
