About the Role

The Client Representative will be the main point of contact for all client inquiries and post-service calls, handling questions and concerns via phone, email, or other communication channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling all client inquiries and post-service calls, serving as the main point of contact for questions and concerns.
  • Working with business-to-consumer (B2C) clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
  • Coordinating and processing orders, including timely delivery and returns.
  • Actively resolving client complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and feedback in a CRM system or database.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing or client service role is essential. Experience with B2C clients is a plus.
  • Key Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling frustrated clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
