Construction Site Supervisor - Ipoh

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Required skills: Site Supervision, Construction Management, Project Planning, Leadership, Problem-solving, Communication, Coordination, Supervisory Skills
• At least 5 years of on-site working experience in the construction industry
• Good oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Must possess valid CIDB Green Card
• Proficient in deciphering property design drawings and plans
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under tight deadlines and stressful conditions

• Flexibility to travel to different project sites may be required depending on company projects
