Junior Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Operation Executive to assist the Senior Project Executive in coordinating and executing Parentcraft classes, Parenting Summits, and day-to-day campaign operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are organised, eager to learn, and passionate about event operations and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Operations Support

• Assist in speaker slide preparation and event checklists
• Follow up on registration details including forms and payment confirmations

1. Sponsor & Goodies Bag Coordination

• Support in reaching out to potential sponsors (under guidance)
• Liaise with confirmed sponsors on product delivery and artwork submissions
• Assist in packing, organizing, and tracking event goodie bags

1. Client Coordination Support

• Join client briefings to assist with note-taking and follow-ups
• Support onboarding of partners to the Care+ platform

1. Customer Communication

• Handle participant inquiries politely and efficiently
• Update registration lists, payments, and attendance status

1. General Admin & Internal Coordination

• Maintain internal trackers for events, sponsors, and timelines
• Help prepare simple presentation slides, reports, and event forms
• Ensure project folders and shared documents are well organized
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
• Basic skills in Google Drive, Slides, and Sheets
• Highly organised, responsible, and proactive in task execution
• Keen interest in event operations, partnerships, or the parenting industry is a bonus
