Budget Controlling and Continuous improvement
Job Description
The position is to support the APAC business accounting, budget controlling, and compliance reporting in maintaining business operations. These include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end close business activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To support monthly closing activities
- To support the data clean-up process
- To support various forecast process
- To support various process improvement projects
- To support various compliance activities
- To support ad-hoc requests
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners needed
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualize
- Attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow, working on multiple assignments, and managing rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
- Current active students of recognized universities and colleges
- Minimum CGPA score of 3.0 and above
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Intermediate MS Excel experience is a plus
- Internship duration minimum of 4 months. Please state the internship duration in your resume
- Able to start in July or August
- Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
