- Preferably able to read and communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ability to handle pressure and able to wotk independently

- Willing to work at Pavilion Damansara Heights
- Assist in Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
- To ensure units are clean with no major / obvious defects
- Assist in handing over units (Vacant Possession) to Purchasers
- Ensure all items for VP are ready upon confirmation of VP appointment
- Assist with preparation of key pouches / VP Kit
- Assist VP Coordinator team with documentation
- Assist to pre-empt VP Coordinator team 2 weeks before the 30 days rectification dateline is up
- To assist VP Coordinator team in liaising with Purchasers i.e. queries, feedback / complains
- Assist with units' key management for rectification work
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior
