Beauty Advisor

Consultant:

• To provide professional beauty consultation
• Provide professional recommendation on treatment and products to customers
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve the spa and clinic sales objective
• Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their

• Ensure all customers inquiries and feedbacks are handled promptly and professionally

Therapist:

• Perform a wide range of facial treatments to customers through excellent skill and customer service attitude
• Provide professional recommendations to customers on suitable products, treatments and packages based on skin types
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities and treatment rooms
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns as and when necessary

Clinic Assistant:

• To assist the doctor in the treatment room with the aesthetics procedure.
• To provide direct support and assistance to the doctor.
• To prepare equipment or other instruments for the doctor before the start of each procedure.
• To assist in dispensing medications from aesthetics when instructed by the doctor.
• To provide professional recommendations on treatment and products to patients.
