Possess and Diploma certificate. Additional qualifications in office administration or event management are a plus.
- Excellent in verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
General Administrative Support:
- Manage the in-house sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as preparing quotation, preparing kitchen orders, preparing invoices, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documentation as required.
Event Support:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of event logistics, including equipment rentals and vendor communication.
- Coordinate with clients to gather event details, ensuring accurate and complete information for planning and execution.
- Prepare event-related materials, such as menus, seating charts, and guest lists.
- Communicate with event staff and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Staff meal is provided
