Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air freight sales or logistics.
- Strong network of contacts in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase air freight revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
