Senior Project Manager (Site-Based – High-Rise Construction)

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project to ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Act as the primary point of contact on-site for all stakeholders including consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and manage site operations to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget, timelines, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and validate drawings, technical submissions, and work programs.
• Conduct regular site meetings, prepare progress reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements, local authority guidelines, and company quality and safety policies.
• Resolve site-related technical and coordination issues promptly and effectively.
• Mentor and supervise site teams including junior project managers, engineers, and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably in mixed-discipline developments.
• Strong technical understanding of construction methods, M&E systems, and architectural coordination.
• Proven track record in managing mid-to-large-scale construction projects with on-site leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with construction software tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.) is an advantage.
• Willingness to be fully based on-site for the duration of the project.

Preferred Qualities:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in managing projects within residential & commercial].
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
