Intern - Education Consultant - Batu Pahat

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our team as an Education Consultant. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in the education industry to gain hands-on experience in guiding students to their preferred institutions as well as to gain hands-on experience in supporting marketing activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in counseling students to help them make well-informed decisions about their education options.
• Support in maintaining and enhancing the quality of counseling services.
• Follow up on student inquiries, applications, and acceptances.
• Attend to student and parent inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, adhering to company service standards.
• Maintain accurate student records and database.
• Provide administrative support for office operations as required.

• Assist in documenting and implementing local marketing plans.
• Participate in the execution of sales and marketing activities, both online and offline, including roadshows, education fairs, presentations, and other events.
• Promote educational programs and partner institutions to potential students.
• Help identify new market segments and gather market intelligence.
• Contribute to raising the profile and awareness of the company brand.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Education, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or any other related fields.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and partners.
3. Passionate about helping students and guiding them in their educational journey.
4. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges.
5. Good organizational and administrative skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
