Product Executive (Remote)

Overview

Working remotely from Malaysia, you will assist with product documentation, research, system testing coordination, and cross-team collaboration to support ongoing product and ERP-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in product management and technology, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Assist the product team in planning, executing, and tracking product development initiatives, including system enhancement and ERP-related projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, QA, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on product goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Support the Product Specialist in organizing product launch activities and tracking project timelines.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights on product trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
• Analyze customer feedback and assist in identifying improvement opportunities for current products and system features.
• Compile and present research findings to support product decisions.

• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, feature specifications, and internal process documentation.
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and updates to communicate product status and progress to the team.
• Ensure product information and documentation are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.

• Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to gather and analyze user feedback on product performance and system usability.
• Identify patterns in feedback and suggest potential improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
• Support the team in testing product features and documenting findings.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks related to product research, data analysis, documentation, and project coordination as assigned by the Product Specialist
• Assist in improving internal workflows and processes to support efficient product development and system implementation.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, product management, or system-related projects is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of product development processes and project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and Figma.
• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp) is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Analytical thinking with a proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new challenges.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks effectively.
