Junior Finance Executive (Internal Finance)

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Fresh graduates with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience are also welcome
• Knowledge of Xero accounting software will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Positive attitude, proactive in learning, and able to follow guidance
• Good communication skills and a team player

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our internal finance team. This role is suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including:

• Preparing cheques and processing online banking payments
• Recording supplier invoices accurately in the accounting system
• Performing supplier statement reconciliations

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including:

• Issing invoices/billings to clients in a timely manner
• Reconciling client accounts and monitoring outstanding balances
• Recording and matching incoming payments
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and reporting
• Ensure proper documentation and filing, including maintaining organized records and downloading bank statements
• Liaise with suppliers and clients for document requests, payment follow-ups, and general enquiries
• Provide support for day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks
• Since we are highly digitalized, a lot of data entry work is done by the system. Your role is to verify and complete the date before posting into the accounting system.
