- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pleasant personality with a positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Willing and able to travel to Northern or Southern states
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive strong sales performance
- Identify and approach prospective customers including private & government hospitals, GPs, and pharmacies to understand product and service needs
- Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Execute product sales and promotional activities to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and specialist clinics
- Strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers
- Support the implementation of company marketing plans and sales initiatives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential and existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and provide application support
- Ensure timely submission of all reports as required by management
