Internship Administration Intern

In this role you will:

Inside Sales:

• Shadowing sales representatives to learn about the sales process, customer interactions, and strategies for achieving sales targets.

Customer Service:

• Responding to customer inquiries via Hubspot, phone, and email.
• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Operations:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of operational processes and procedures.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.

Procurement:

• Supporting procurement managers or executives in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of procurement documentation and records

Administration:

• Providing administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
• Assisting in the implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
• Coordinating office activities or events and ensuring a smooth workflow.

To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have:

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
