About the Program
Our 1-year Graduate Leadership Program is designed to accelerate your career through a combination of:
- Structured on the job learning and formal training
- Cross-functional job rotations
- Real-world business exposure
- Leadership mentoring by senior management
You will gain valuable experience across key business areas and be prepared for future roles in:
- Key Account Management
- Business Development
- Other front-line commercial roles
Business Units
Trainees will be assigned to one of the following business units:
- Connectivity & Products (C&P)
- Health & Nutrition (H&N)
- Industrial & Environmental (I&E)
- Natural Resources (NR)
- Mentor: Country Managing Director
- Co-Mentor: Respective Division Head
- Fresh graduates with a Degree, Master’s, or PhD in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or equivalent with a strong academic record (CGPA 3.5+).
- Or candidates with less than 2 years’ working experience
- Strong potential for leadership, learning agility, and motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Passionate about growing a career in commercial or client-facing roles
- Valid driving license
- Fast-track career development within a dedicated business unit
- Exposure to real business environment and client-facing responsibilities
- Mentorship from senior leadership
