Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Safety, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in printing, packaging, industrial supplies, or labeling solutions.
  • Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to understand printing systems, materials, and labeling applications.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed; must have own transport (car).
  • Skills Required: Negotiation, Sales Strategy and Communication.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and strategic outreach(calls, emails, meetings, product testing).
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for thermal transfer ribbons, labels, and Dural Abel products.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with potential clients (printers, distributors, end-users).
  • Conduct consultative sales by assessing customer needs and recommending tailored labeling solutions

Account Management:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and handle RFQs (Request for Quotations).
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts.

Technical Expertise:

  • Developin-depth knowledge of thermal transfer ribbon formulations (wax, wax-resin, resin) and their applications.
  • Troubleshoot printing and labeling issues related to ribbon performance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations for clients.

Market & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in labeling solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings
  • Identify new applications and opportunities for thermal transfer technology
