Asset Administrator (Mandarin Speaker)

- Inventory at hand, newly assigned laptop/pc, laptop/pc returned by resigned staff, functioning/damaged laptop, or PC.
- Tracking of laptop/pc inventory by brand and by model.
- Tracking of laptop/pc that have been loaned, exchanged, assigned to new joiners or collected/to be collected back from resigned personnel.
- Monitor and verify other IT asset quantity movement such as mobile phone, pad/tablet and projector.
- Periodically tidy up IT Asset store.
- Manage asset inventory and ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted for.
- Perform asset management support activities in accordance with company policy.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in administrative operations, expense management, procurement, or facilities support.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills with good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Able to read, write, and speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
