An excellent opportunity has opened up for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join the team at Apple Autotect, Jaecoo Dealer'. As a customer-facing role, the Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients.
This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our auto repair and tyre services.
What we're looking for- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Sound technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in computer skills, including the use of automotive software and systems
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Greet and welcome customers, providing friendly and attentive service
- Assess customer vehicle needs and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions
- Prepare accurate estimates and work orders for vehicle services
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional and responsive manner
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle services
- Support the overall operations of the auto service center as needed
