Key Responsibilities:
- Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships
- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
- Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
- Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals and social media
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview)
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation/advice
- Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients
- Achieve individual KPIs & sales target
Requirements/Qualification:
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in HR/ Recruitment field
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Training is provided
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and sales driven (willing to work in sales bounded role)
- Customer service and sales skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and multitask
- Confident and pleasant personality
