- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Assist the team with daily operational and administrative tasks
- Support ongoing projects and business activities
- Conduct basic research, data entry, and report preparation
- Communicate with internal departments and external clients when needed
- Performance-based allowance or incentives
- Staff activities and team bonding sessions
- Opportunity for full-time conversion after internship
