1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

• - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• - Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding client needs.
• - Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and updates to ensure client satisfaction.

1. Account Management

• - Handle client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and retention.
• - Monitor contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.

1. Project Coordination & Delivery

• - Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
• - Track project progress and provide updates to clients.
• - Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.

1. Issue Resolution & Support

• - Address client concerns, complaints, and queries promptly.
• - Troubleshoot problems and collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions.
• - Escalate critical issues to senior management when needed.

1. Reporting & Documentation

• - Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and feedback.
• - Prepare reports on account status, client satisfaction, and key metrics.
• - Analyze client data to improve service strategies.
