As part of our continued growth, we are hiring Full-Time Technical Sales Engineers / Managers to help expand our market presence, support clients, and contribute to digital engagement initiatives.
This is a remote-first position, ideal for self-driven professionals who value work-life balance. Candidates based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia are preferred due to proximity for occasional office visits.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Technical Support- Provide technical assistance for optical system alignment and setup.
- Support customers on technical inquiries and provide troubleshooting solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and suppliers.
- Assist in supply chain coordination, including order management and logistics.
- Review or modify technical drawings when necessary to ensure smooth transactions.
- Deliver a professional experience for visiting clients (when required).
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
Educational Background- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding or basic engineering background.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital collaboration tools.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Knowledge of optical technology, photonics, or precision components.
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
- Salary: Competitive and negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
- Work Mode: Remote with flexible hours. Occasional office visits may be required.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in Johor Bahru, Malaysia are prioritized.
