Assisting Project/Event PIC in planning and executing events.
- Be the liaison person with vendors for event setups, on-ground coordination, and tear-down processes.
- Attend site visits and support pre-event preparation activities.
- Assist in maintaining an updated event calendar and status reports and provide proper and concise updates.
- Assist in social media management and content creations including content creation and postings.
- Support the team in brainstorming creative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Consolidate and organise event-related documentation, including invoices, contracts, and feedback forms.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
- Manage event-related inventories, such as promotional items and event props.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing and event planning.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Independent and able to travel for events and other work-related matters.
