Job responsbilities
  • Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and strategies.
  • Translate business goals into consumer-facing brand initiatives that build awareness, trial, and loyalty.
  • For Assistant Manager level: Lead brand planning and portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial and channel priorities.
  • Drive 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, influencer, and experiential channels.
  • Manage creative development, media planning, and content production in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance indicators including sales, volume, market share, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce teams to drive integrated brand-commercial execution.
  • For Assistant Manager level: Lead monthly brand performance reviews and weekly brand syncs to recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Leverage consumer and market insights to shape campaign messaging, product positioning, and brand experiences.
  • Participate in the ideation and development of new products, packaging, or formats.
  • Contribute to the innovation pipeline by identifying emerging consumer needs and trends.
  • Manage campaign budgets, vendor costs, and reporting with discipline and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and track campaign KPIs and performance outcomes.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with agency partners, media vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualification and experiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand positioning, and media/digital execution.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to link brand activities to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
