ServiceNow Engineer/ ServiceNow Developer

Adept at collaborating across IT teams.

• Administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement strategies for the effective use and expansion of the ServiceNow platform across the organization.
• Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and business applications to enhance workflow automation and data consistency.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage the ServiceNow upgrade process, including testing and validation, to ensure compatibility and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Implement all security recommendations suggested by ServiceNow, actively monitor the security state of the platform, and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard against vulnerabilities
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow users and junior administrators, including training and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and analyze platform usage and performance metrics, and implement improvements as necessary.

• License Management
• Monitoring, Availability and Capacity Management
• User Administration (esp. Admin roles)
• Develop and manage PowerShell scripts

• Management of digital learning platform incl. Knowledge Base articles
• Project Tasks (e.g. migration from on-prem to cloud)
• Close collaboration with all relevant IT service operation teams like Security, Network, Data Center and Workplace
