As our projects grow, we are seeking a Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to ensure all construction activities are executed in full compliance with DOSH, CIDB, and site safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure site compliance with all statutory health and safety regulations (DOSH, CIDB, OSHA)
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and inspections
- Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures
- Maintain site safety records, incident reports, and audit reports
- Liaise with clients, authorities, and project teams on safety matters
- Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow KHD’s safety SOPs and wear proper PPE at all times
- Stop any unsafe activity and escalate issues to project manager and management immediately
- - Possess valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor Certification) registered with DOSH
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
- Familiar with safety documentation, method statements, and risk assessments
- Proactive, firm, and highly alert to on-site activities
- Able to work independently and manage safety for multiple small-to-medium scale projects
- Must be based in Klang Valley and able to travel to different project sites
