Sales Executive (Open for Fresh Graduate)

• Proficient in English and Mandarin. Mandarin or dialect speakers are preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good communicator, punctual and well-disciplined in conduct, team player with good attitude, responsible and full of integrity dealing with customers, peers and superior & multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & IT-savvy.
• Willing to work 6 days per week and at Kulai, Johor.
• Actively acquire new customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Address inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and provide excellent service before and after sales.
• Assist the Assistant Sales Manager in planning & overseeing daily sales activities to improve efficiency.
• Monitor, follow up, and ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Support marketing plans, proposal preparation, and sales presentations as needed.
