Officer - Workforce Administration (HR Shared Services)

Description
- You are responsible to process employee movement & compensation letter generations, employee confirmation, transfers, contract renewal/ termination, separation, time & attendance, overtime calculation/consolidation.
- You are tasked to process requests and perform tasks by applying HR policies, procedures and processes.
- You are important to ensure all inbound and outbound documents are well managed by maintaining effective document management for employee documents or records in an accurate and organized manner.
- You are expected to deliver customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner, and clear service requests by responding and attending to requests in a timely manner according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- A candidate who has 1 - 2 years of related working experience.
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/ Business Admin or any related field.
- Someone who is meticulous and trustworthy.
- Good working attitude and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidate who has good Microsoft Excel skills will be an added advantage.
