Minimum Diploma in any field
- Fresh Graduate or with 1 year experience in Administration will be added advantage.
- Good Command in Verbal and Written Communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point & Word).
- Knowledge in SQL system will be advantage
- Positive Attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Responsible, Organized, and able to work independently.

- Assist in generating quotations, costing analysis and comply with the sales procedure.
- Check and Verify Accuracy of the Selling Prices and Percentage of Discount.
- Coordinate with Internal Departments or External Source.
- Support JB Office bookkeeping (Finance) and managing HR Administrative-related paperwork (HR) and report to SG HQ.
- Maintain filing system for both Soft and Hard copies of documents.
- Perform any other Ad Hoc duties assigned by superior and above.
