Minimum Diploma in any field

  • Fresh Graduate or with 1 year experience in Administration will be added advantage.
  • Good Command in Verbal and Written Communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point & Word).
  • Knowledge in SQL system will be advantage
  • Positive Attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Responsible, Organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills.

  • Assist in generating quotations, costing analysis and comply with the sales procedure.
  • Check and Verify Accuracy of the Selling Prices and Percentage of Discount.
  • Coordinate with Internal Departments or External Source.
  • Support JB Office bookkeeping (Finance) and managing HR Administrative-related paperwork (HR) and report to SG HQ.
  • Maintain filing system for both Soft and Hard copies of documents.
  • Perform any other Ad Hoc duties assigned by superior and above.
