We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager / Shift Manager in Jollibee Plaza Low Yat, Sogo KL, Mid Valley Megamall KL, Sunway Pyramid, IOI Putrajaya
- Diploma or Degree or
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality management (supervisor or assistant manager level)
- QSR or fast food experience strongly preferred
- Good understanding of food safety, inventory control and cash management
- Strong leadership, energetic and result driven
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Pleasant personality with ability to work independently
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skills and result oriented
- Maintain business records as outlined in the Jollibee operations manual
- Take full operational control during shifts, managing crew members and ensuring smooth service during peak hours
- Monitor sales, control costs, manage cash handling, and contribute to hitting restaurant targets (P&L)
