Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RiceBowl's job platform, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify unmet needs and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation within the Malaysian job market, particularly focusing on Mandarin and English-speaking job seekers.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility, while effectively balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, high-quality deliverables, and successful product releases.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on data-driven insights and user feedback, continuously optimizing the user experience and driving key business outcomes.
- Serve as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and job platform development, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage these advancements to enhance RiceBowl's product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.
- Possess a strong understanding of the Malaysian job market dynamics, including the specific needs and preferences of both employers and job seekers, particularly within the Mandarin and English-speaking communities.
