Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of experience in construction industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge in PAM, JKR, or FIDIC contracts.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, QSB, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Manage project costing, budgeting, and tender submissions.
- Prepare BOQ, progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and ensure profitability.
- Handle contracts, subcontractor payments, and procurement activities.
- Prepare commercial reports and ensure contractual compliance.
