Mulah sells advertising products which sometimes could take a little time to learn to use. Sometimes, our clients' team could be reluctant to make a change in their operational flow to use our products and features: which is why it is your job to help them see the benefits of using Mulah's systems, and direct change within these organizations.

1. Directing and facilitating change management within the companies which has engaged Mulah's services. Client success executives usually work with brand supervisors and managers to encourage and ensure their cooperation with Mulah
2. Work with the Business Consultants' team to understand clients' needs to be able to set up client accounts appropriately
3. Advise and ensure clients are able to use Mulah's products and features
4. Managing Mulah's product inventory
5. Renew clients' contracts and maintenance of outlets
6. Manage clients' KPI

• Incredible willingness to learn and work
• Possesses own transport
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed
• Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently is a plus (not a requirement)
