We are scaling aggressively in the Singapore market and are looking for a high-caliber marketer to take ownership of this growth.
This is not a typical execution role — you will be responsible for driving strategy, making decisions, and delivering results.

- Key Responsibilities｜工作内容（Senior Level）
- Own the Singapore market — drive overall marketing direction, strategy & execution
- Plan and execute full-funnel marketing strategy (awareness → conversion → retention)
- Define positioning, messaging & go-to-market strategy
- Lead performance marketing strategy (Meta / Google / TikTok / 小红书) with clear ROI ownership
- Analyze data, market trends & competitors to drive decisions
- Oversee content direction & ensure relevance to Singapore audience
- Lead cross-team collaboration with internal team & KL HQ
- Requirements｜我们在找的人
- 3–6 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Strong execution + thinking ability (not just doing, but deciding)
- Able to work independently and take ownership of results
- Familiar with digital marketing & paid ads platforms
- Experience in Singapore market is a strong advantage
