Internship Purchasing Intern (Last Sem Students) - Ampang Jaya

• Understand ingredient functions and ensure quality compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers while keeping in mind regulatory requirements across different countries.
• Help maintain communication with suppliers for order follow-ups and inquiries.
• Assisting the procurement team in the execution of purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring order fulfillment
• Maintaining inventory records and monitoring stock levels to ensure timely replenishment
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise the procurement process

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Science -Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently
