1. Customer Interaction and Support

• Greet and welcome customers, providing information about track rules, safety guidelines, services, and promotions.
• Promote and sell racing packages, memberships, and merchandise.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with tact and ensure a positive outcome.
• Provide safety briefings to guests and ensure they understand track rules.
• Support during events by managing guest lists, assisting with check-ins, and coordinating with the operations team.
• Record customer feedback and interactions to identify areas for improvement.

1. Social Media Management

• Handle phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Post updates about track events, promotions, and daily activities to attract and retain customers.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.

1. Bookings and Payments

• Assist customers with booking race slots, organizing group events, and managing memberships.
• Process payments and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Monitor merchandise sales, inventory and ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
