Requirements & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in digital marketing, social media management, or corporate communications.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and internship experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience but non-related degrees will also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail – able to spot errors before publishing
- Excellent written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Proficient in Canva and basic video editing skills (Capcut)
- Ability to work independently
- Experience managing LinkedIn or Instagram for a business
- Monitor Company website to ensure all information is correct, product listings, technical specifications, company profile and contact details.
- Track website uptime, loading speed and basic user behaviour. Report technical issues to management or external developers promptly.
- Ensure the Company website presents a professional, trustworthy image that appeals to manufactures and brand owners seeking reliable ingredients suppliers.
- Establish and maintain Company Linkedln page. Ensure profile completeness and brand consistency.
- Share updates regarding company milestones, new product capabilities, industry insights and partnership announcements to build B2B credibility.
- Post professional behind-the-scenes content (factory, events, team) on Instagram. Monitor comments & DMs and respond professionally to inquiries from potential partners or clients.
- Design simple graphics using Canva. Maintain brand consistency.
- Track website traffic and social media growth. Prepare monthly reports.
- Undertake other assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.
