About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and persuasive Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Instamedia. You’ll be the frontliner connecting with agencies and brands, pitching immersive solutions, and turning leads into long-term clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities
  • Present tailored proposals for our digital experiences and activation solutions
  • Build and manage strong client relationships from first contact to closing
  • Collaborate closely with our project, creative, and tech teams to meet client objectives
  • Keep up with market trends and competitive landscape in the BrandTech and Experiential space
  • Achieve monthly sales KPIs and assist in refining our go-to-market approach

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confidence in pitching to both SMEs and large brands
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience in creative agency, media, event, or tech-related sales is a plus
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach strategies

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
