Key duties include:
Overseeing and coordinating HR and industrial relations strategies, policies, and practices.
Designing and executing procedures for recruitment, training, promotions, staff transfers, and terminations.
Managing negotiations and creating frameworks for wage structures and employment terms in collaboration with employees.
Supervising workplace safety, health programs, and compliance-related activities.
Developing and controlling budgets to optimize resource usage.
Managing daily operations and ensuring administrative tasks run efficiently.
Leading the deployment and maintenance of HR information systems.
Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulations concerning employee rights, health, safety, diversity, and inclusion.
Directing the recruitment, evaluation, and career progression of staff company-wide.
Collaborating with senior leadership and departmental heads on strategic HR matters.
