Job Description & Summary

As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.
What you will be doing:
- Understand the strategy of the Business to develop and deliver targeted learning that will enable the Business to reach its goals.
- Understand the strategy of the Client’s to develop and deliver targeted learning that will enable the Client to reach its goals.
- Being the Project Manager in client engagements:
- performing risk checks
- building proposals and attending client presentations
- project preparation and progress through liaising with internal teams and external teams.
- working with the Programme Coordinator on venue and materials management
- evaluating courses and reporting
- Design and deliver learning interventions (internal and external clients), including training programmes.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- At least 3 years of working experience in learning & development (L&D), people function, or consulting are desirable.
- Proficient in data analytics, strong project management, problem solving, communication and influencing skills.
- A good working knowledge of current and emerging organisational learning and development best practice strategies, theory, principles and technology.
- Understanding of adult learning theory; learning needs and performance gap analysis; instructional design, development and implementation; and assessment / evaluation of learning.
- Implement L&D initiatives, evaluate and recommend learning solutions / enhancements.
