Asst boutique manager/boutique manager (luxury fragrances)

Randstad is partnering with a prestigious luxury fragrance maison to support the recruitment of their Assistant Boutique Manager / Boutique Manager to lead the existing team and contribute to the brand's continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, team supervision, and boutique performance
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding client experiences aligned with luxury retail standards
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and service KPIs
• Ensure boutique visual merchandising and stock standards are always maintained
• Manage clienteling activities to build and grow VIP client relationships
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a strong culture of performance and accountability.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in retail management, with leadership exposure in a luxury or premium brand environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to inspire teams and connect with clients
• Confident in representing a high-end brand image
• Passionate about fragrance, beauty, and delivering a personalized experience
